Local Hands, Honest Work
A.W All Property Maintenance is an Illawarra based trade business built on doing the job properly the first time. We handle the outside jobs most people never quite get around to, from blocked gutters and grimy driveways to overgrown lawns and general upkeep around the property. Every job starts with a free, no obligation quote, so you know exactly where you stand before we lift a tool. We turn up when we say we will, we clean up before we leave, and we treat your place the way we would treat our own. All of our work is covered by public liability insurance. If it needs doing around your home, chances are we can sort it.
What We Do Best
Without Guards
With Guards
Gutter Guards
Stop Clearing Gutters
Twice A Year
Leaves, twigs and gum nuts fill a gutter fast, and once the water backs up it starts looking for a way into your eaves and walls. A properly fitted guard keeps the debris sitting on top where the wind can take it away, so the water keeps running where it should. We fit both standard and ember mesh, colour matched to your roof. Everything we install is locally sourced, and we use Colorbond wherever the job allows, because cheap imported mesh sags between the fixings and rusts out within a couple of seasons.
Pressure Washing
Your Driveway Is Lighter
Than You Remember
Most people forget what colour their concrete started out as. Dirt, moss and mould build up so slowly that you stop noticing, right up until the day it comes off. We match the pressure to the surface instead of blasting everything at full noise, so the grime lifts without chewing up the concrete or stripping the sand out of your pavers. Driveways, paths, patios, pool surrounds and house exteriors all come up looking close to new.
